CLUTTER    EATS    YOUR    EQUITY
If I ever met a lonely orchid, this would be it! The phrase used earlier "less is more" does not fit this situation. This room is begging for attention.Begging worked this time! A lamp for lighting, and a ficus tree for height and greenery, pillows and window treatment produced effectively dramatic results at a reasonable cost. And by the way, the orchid found a happy place to be!
You want to appeal to as many buyers as you can. The kitchen is the heart of the home so you don't want the client,s heart to sink when they see one that's lacking color and has too much clutter. If you want to sell your home, it's no longer yours to live in as you choose. It's now a product you are marketing. We added colorful window treatments, put colorful items on the buffet and countertop and replaced children's art with colorful pictures.
There is too much furniture in this room for one little girl. You need to give each room a spacious feel. Sometimes "less is more"Let us help you enhance the positives features of your home by properly arranging furniture and accessories. There's way too much clutter. Buyers will focus on "things" instead of the space! The bunk bed was taken apart and the top bunk stored. The bed and dresser switched places. All of the little things were put away and added back some of the larger ones. Now this room looks spacious, clean and "move in" ready! What little girl would not love this room!
When your house is on the market, you must have your house ready for show! Do not list until all repairs are done and everything is in it's proper place!Your formal living area, many times, is the first room a buyer will see. You need to grab their attention the first second they enter your home or you might loose their interest to where they will not want to consider the rest of the house.Switching the outdated lamp for a newer one, changing throw pillows and adding just a few items in the china cabinet is where we started. Then we moved the rug into the den to show off the hardwood floors (which also made the room look larger) New accessories on the tables pulled it all together.
